Charles Stanley Group PLC12 March 2008 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that twoformer employees has acquired a total sum of 7,750 ordinary shares of 25p eachas the result of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You EarnScheme at a price of 96 pence per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange fortrading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 14th March 2008.
