Centaur Media PLC05 June 2007 Centaur Media plc5th June 2007 Notification of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities interests in ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(b) The Company was notified on 5th June 2007 by the trustee of the CentaurEmployees' Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited, that on4th June the trustee of the Trust acquired 350,000 ordinary shares of 10 penceeach in Centaur Media plc at 148pence per share. The total number of ordinaryshares in Centaur Media plc held by the trustee of the Trust equals 725,000representing 0.48 % of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Theshares were acquired by the trustees to satisfy awards granted under the CentaurLong Term Incentive Plan 2006 on 26 April 2007 and any future awards grantedunder the LTIP or any other employees' share scheme established by the Companyfrom time to time. Geoffrey TD Wilmot and Michael L Lally, both being Directors, are potentialbeneficiaries of the Trust and so are deemed to have an interest, along withother employees of the Company's group, in the 725,000 shares held by the Trust.
