Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that it has today despatched a notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") to shareholders to convene the AGM which will be held at the offices of Singer Capital Markets Limited, One Hanover Street, London W1S 1YZ, on 15 June 2011 at 11.00 a.m. A copy of the Circular and related form of proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting will also be available on the Company's website at www.batm.com.
