Brady plc announces that on 14 March 2013 the Company granted to Gavin Lavelle, Chief Executive Officer, options at nil-cost over 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company and to Tony Ratcliffe, Finance Director, options at nil-cost over 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
The exercise price of 88.5 pence per share is the closing middle market price on 13 March 2013. The vesting of individual share option tranches is subject to the achievement of annual earnings per share targets and the individual remaining employed with the Company at the relevant vesting dates.
