Director Share Dealing
The Company has been informed that Paul Fullagar, Chairman, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 75 pence per share on 1 May 2013. The purchase was made on behalf of a trust for which Mr Fullagar acts as trustee but in which he has no beneficial interest. Following this transaction Mr Fullagar holds 1,353,390 ordinary shares representing 1.67 per cent. of the Company's voting issued share capital.
