The Company announces that it received notification on 29 May 2018 that Marco Gobbetti, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 29 May 2018 at a price of 2001.85 pence per Share.
