Report 63/2009: Dismissal of the claim to overrule the resolutions No. 5 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 26, 2007 concerning the approval of Bank's 2006 financial statement
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by judgment of 6 August 2009 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to overrule the resolutions No. 5 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 26, 2007 concerning the approval of Bank's 2006 financial statement.
The aforementioned decision is not yet legally valid.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 6 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
