Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that it has now posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, which will be held on 21 June 2017 in Romsey.
