The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 January 2019 was 82.94p per share.
A final dividend of 4.5p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2018 has been declared and is payable on 08 March 2019 to members on the register as at 08 February 2019.
The final dividend of 4.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 January 2019 as the ex-dividend date is 07 February 2019.
