In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, which was applied to the Company's First Interim Dividend for 2014/15, Lord Turnbull, a director of the Company, received 144 shares on 7 November 2014.
Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the 'Trustees'), Trustees of the British Land Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'), notified the Company on 10 November 2014 that on 7 November 2014 they acquired Dividend Shares on behalf of the Company's executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities as outlined below.
