Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish StockExchange for the block listing of 10,000,000 units of Ordinary Stock of €0.64each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to theOfficial List of the Irish Stock Exchange and an application has been made tothe London Stock Exchange for these units to be admitted to trading.
