The Berkeley Group Holdings plc ("the Company") Proposed investment with Saad Investments Company Limited in three new joint venture companies Documents available for inspection
The Company announces, following the press release dated 2 April 2007, that the Circular to Shareholders and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting was posted to shareholders on 5 April 2007.
