Directorate update
In accordance with LR 9.6.14, Beazley plc announces that Barbara Plucnar Jensen, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Matas A/S, a company headquartered in Denmark and listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, with effect from 19 June 2024.
