Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust
The board of Beazley plc announces that Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 4,620,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 5th June 2013 at an average price of 230.16p.
The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 20,385,702 ordinary shares of 5p each (3.91% of the issued share capital).
