SUBJECT: Transaction in own securities
On 16 June 2008 F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited (‘the Company’) purchased 2,397,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p, to be held in treasury, at a price of 82.0p per share.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 763,582,016 ordinary shares of which 53,545,013 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 710,037,003.
The above figure (710,037,003) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
