F&C Commercial Property Trust Ltd28 September 2007 RNS ANNOUNCEMENT F&C COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING TO CONSIDER THE CONTINUATION OF THECOMPANY The Directors announce that, at the extraordinary general meeting held today,the ordinary resolution to approve the continuation of the Company was passed.The Directors are pleased to confirm that proxies were received in respect of80.40% of the issued share capital of the Company and that 95.00% voted infavour of the resolution, 0.15% abstained and 4.85% voted against theresolution. The Board is also pleased to note that, of the shares not controlled by FriendsProvident plc's life insurance subsidiaries, the Company's largest shareholders,85.17% were voted in favour of the resolution, 0.46% abstained and 14.37% votedagainst. Peter Niven, Chairman of the Company, commented: "We are particularly pleased that, in these more turbulent times for UKcommercial property, shareholders have given strong support for the continuationof the Company. The Board is also pleased with the high level of turnout forthis important vote. However, the Board remains concerned at the discount that the shares trade totheir net asset value and looks forward to maintaining a dialogue withshareholders on the Board's continuing efforts to deliver shareholder value."
