Publication of Subsidiary Reports and Accounts
Fiinu (AIM: BANK), a fintech company and creator of the Plugin Overdraft®, announces the publication of the annual reports and accounts for its subsidiaries Fiinu Bank Limited, Fiinu Holdings Limited and Fiinu Services Limited for the year ended 31 March 2022 (the "Accounts"). The Accounts have been prepared, audited and filed at Companies House.
As detailed in the Group's AIM Admission Document dated 15 June 2022, each of the subsidiaries will change its respective year end to 31 December to align with the accounting reference date of Fiinu plc.
The next financial report for Fiinu plc will be for the year ended 31 December 2022.
