Amati VCT 2 plc (the 'Company')

 

 Allotment of shares

 

The Company announces that on 26 October 2012 it allotted 20,440 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 102.36p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

 

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 1 November 2012. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

 

The terms and conditions of the dividend reinvestment scheme of the Company are available from the contact details set out below.

 

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 27,541,921.
