(the "Company" or "Group")

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND REGISTERED OFFICE

The Board of Directors of AEW UK Long Lease REIT plc (ticker: AEWL), the owner of a diversified portfolio of 19 regional UK commercial property assets let on long leases, is pleased announce that the Company has today changed its name to Alternative Income REIT PLC. The Company's London Stock Exchange market ticker (TIDM) will become AIRE (formerly AEWL) with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 3 March 2020. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

 

The Company has also changed its registered office address to 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF with effect from 3 March 2020.

 

The change of name will not affect any rights of shareholders and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid and no new share certificates will be issued.
