Investor event and update on current trading
Ashtead Group plc is holding a seminar for analysts and investors in London this afternoon.
This seminar will focus on the Group's North American business, Sunbelt Rentals, and our five year plan to increase our location footprint by circa 50% by 2021. We will also identify those elements of the market that we believe have the greatest structural and cyclical opportunity and how this continues to influence our growth plans.
The seminar will also include the following update on current trading: Both divisions have continued to perform well in the second quarter of the current financial year and we expect first half results to be in line with our expectations.
Geoff Drabble, CEO, and Brendan Horgan, CEO of Sunbelt, will lead the presentation together with senior management from Sunbelt.
The presentations, which will commence at 2.00pm, will be webcast live via the Company's website at www.ashtead-group.com and a replay will also be available via the website from shortly after the meeting concludes.
