Further to the announcements made on 25 February 2016, 2 March 2016 and 29 April 2016, the Company wishes to advise that completion of the disposal of property - Dah Sing Financial Centre to Gao Sheng Global Limited occurred on 24 May 2016 in accordance with the timetable set out in the circular dated 3 March 2016.
