Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 25 March 2010, Robert Drummond, Chairman, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 17 pence per share.
In addition, Susan Jean Drummond, wife of Robert Drummond, acquired 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 March 2010 at a price of 17 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Drummond has a beneficial interest in 180,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.44 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
