Director/PDMR Shareholding
Lo-Q, the AIM listed provider of virtual queuing systems for theme parks and major attractions, announces that Mr Colin Robertson, Sales Director, exercised a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Shares') on 7 October 2010 at a price of 25 pence per share, and on the same day sold 43,000 Shares at 106 pence per share.
Mr Robertson's resultant interest in the Company comprises 255,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.57% of the Company's issued Shares.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 150,000 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 14 October 2010.
Following admission, the Company will have 16,218,667 ordinary shares in issue, each with voting rights.
