The following information is provided in relation to the resolutions passed bythe members of Tangiers Petroleum Limited (ASX: TPT, AIM: TPET, "Tangiers","Company") at its Annual General Meeting held on 30 May 2013.
Resolution 1: Adoption of Remuneration Report
The total number of proxy votes exercisable by proxies validly appointed was23,922,652.
The motion was carried on a show of hands.
A breakdown of the proxies is as follows:
