26 June 2013 TANGIERS PETROLEUM LIMITED Change of Joint Company Secretary Tangiers Petroleum Limited (ASX: TPT; AIM: TPET) (Tangiers or the Company)announces the resignation of Ms Krystel Kirou as Joint Company Secretary,effective 26 June 2013. The Directors wish to thank Ms Kirou for her servicesand contribution, and wish her well in her future endeavours. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Iva Stejskal as JointCompany Secretary, effective 26 June 2013. Ms Stejskal, the General Manager of Legal and Corporate for the Company, has 10years' experience as a lawyer and most recently worked at the Oyu Tolgoi copperand gold project in Mongolia. Prior to this, she worked as legal counsel forRoc Oil Company, based in Sydney. Her expertise includes resources,international and company law. Ms Stejskal holds a law degree from MurdochUniversity, Western Australia. Ms Skejskal also holds a PhD in marine biologyfrom Queensland University and worked for Woodside and Apache Energy for 15years in an environmental capacity.
