Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
365 Agile (AIM: 365), announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy is today being posted to shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held on 15 June 2017 at 11 a.m. at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane, EC4A 1BN.
