ukbetting PLC31 March 2006 ukbetting plc ("the Company") Directors' Holdings The Company today granted options to David Annat and Andrew Galvin, bothexecutive directors of the Company, over 750,000 and 600,000 Ordinary Sharesrespectively. The options will be exercisable at an exercise price of 65.92pbetween 31 March 2009 and 30 March 2016. Following this award, David Annat hasan interest in options over a total of 2,737,449 Ordinary Shares and AndrewGalvin has an interest in options over a total of 2,194,747 Ordinary Shares.
