Tribe Technology set to deliver healthy pipeline of orders from Tier-One miners. Watch the video here.

Calderkate,
The only reference in the results was "our dialogues with the third parties introduced to us by the DHSC have not resulted in a commercial agreement to manufacture tests that will be procured by the UK Government. " Which does not actually say the discussions are over, but I guess it is implied when you take the news that the gov contract is expired.
To me there was a clear suggestion from the audio presentation that discussion were over. Orient Gene decided to go with chinese manufacture not UK manufacture. And although it is not what the chinese bashers want to hear, it's the exact same test whether made in china or UK. So If it's a crap chinese test now, it would have been a crap british test. It appears whoever the deal maker is, it was a better deal for them for the tests to be made in China and shipped to the UK, than be made in the UK. and a "better deal" in this context undoubtedly means there was more profit.
I'll think you'll find that DAM are currently supplying no end of LFTs within the UK, which means that they (obviously) conditioned the contract on ODX getting the required approvals. So they don't need to wait on ODX, they are working away as usual with their existing suppliers.
If I was them, given the public history of ODX having tests that can't get approved (RTC, Mologic), I'd also put in a cutoff that means no approval before X date, the contract is dead.
So that CTDA needs to gets its ass into gear.
which is all well and good, but it'll do absolutely s*it all for the Share Price or the fortunes of the shareholders.
its like deja vu all over again
"Captain hindsight "
That is worth a good belly ache.....I said all year that there was no concrete sign of any orders, and the cohort of "NDA", "Stockpiling", "manufacturing at capacity week after week", "what about the 250 employees" yes men/happy clappers tried their best to drowned out what was always the reality. I was the first to note that the tri-antibody test was missing in action. I was one of the first to query why a TT that was suppose to happen in a matter of weeks was still being waited on month after month. And I noted on here the clear worldwide apathy for lft antibody tests whilst most were saying they were knocking them out like billyo. And during the live results video whilst all I heard £15.50 for the china test in CKs thick accent, all the rose coloured glasses brigade were 100% concrete it was £30...no guessing now who was right.
So don't be a revisionist about when I raised issues, which was at the time and NOT after the fact.
My hope was that even with no output worth speaking about, confirmation of the gov contract alone would provide a sizeable jump from the mid 40s/50s to a price that would be an exit point. And 2M a week, even many many months late, would be a massive step change....I consistently said that the gov contract would be a significant step change for the SP and I am on record in saying that i believed it would happen....right up until it didn't.
unfortunately with the the new reality, the SP is now at a point that I am resigned to see where it goes from here.
If you want captain hindsight, have a chat with regulator who though the recent results were not at all surprising,
"Twatcher
why are you here?
i've never seen a positive utterance from you with regards ODX, yet you do seem to enjoy the part of Captain hindsight "
And yet out of the two of us, you are the one that is calling for the CEO to resign, whilst I think on balance, it is better he stays, at least in the short term.
Which of those is most negative ?
"@TWatcher. Think you'll find that 1st para from RegUK was quoting dsaf .Blinded by an ever-ready, over-eagerness to 'get one over'.Sad..still."
Be damn useful then if he could highlight in his posts what he is typing and not what he is cut-n-pasting.
and reinforced by
"The Contract takes effect on the Effective Date and ends on the End Date. Unless the Authority
gives notice to the Supplier that it is proceeding to Phase 2, the Contract shall expire on the Long
Stop Date. "
Someone with basic verbal reasoning would have easily understood the contract naturally expired if phase one did not proceed to phase 2 before the end stop date. It said exactly that after all.
"The contract shall start on the Effective date and shall continue for the duration of Phase 1 which ends on the long stop date (1st April 2021) as extended by agreement between the authority and the supplier unless notice is given by the authority to move to phase 2"
One sentence covers the entire issue, in plain simple english, the " we took legal advice thing" was smoke and mirrors, to try to protray this as a complex set of terms and conditions that needed a lawyer to make a determination.
Long stop date was extended once, to a date that ODX refuses to announce.
ODX was not advised by the authority to move to phase 2.
The contract thus expired at the end of the most recently agreed long stop date.
Regulator today:-
"I was invested before any of this covid malarky, if it comes off then great, if not then the rest of the business will see a valuable return on my retirement pot"
Regulator 03-Jul 2020:-
"I've invested heavily in ODX because, as part of the UK-RTC it will be producing a gold standard POC test. It's a long term keeper."

3rd post from bottom of page.
Question, when ce approval arrives for home testing, does the CTDA certification for the prof-test use cover it got home use, or do ODX need to look for CTDA to certify the home use one ?
I think regulator is using the "you are not allowed to criticise or state an opinion unless you are an absolute expert in the field" argument, which kinda negates any forum discussion positive or negative for 99.99% of the population, including him.
frankly I'd be worried about them going for home use in the US. Given the lengths of time it is taking to get approval in their home market, the last thing we need is ODX fundraising for what has been described as an expensive US approval process that they'll have to hand off to some 3rd party to manage. If Mologic is still waiting all this time for the much easir to acquire pro use approval, and they have the much over-emphasised gates/soros name behind them, what the hell chance ODX getting home approval before 2023....meanwhile there are a dozen LFT's in the US that already have home approval.
It's worth remembering that ODX said in July that they were looking to "fast track" approval
"We plan to submit the data from the study to our European Notified Body by the end of the month and we are working with them to explore how we can fast track approval"
But it was only at the start of the sept that they had submitted everything required
"all of the supporting data and documentation relating to its submission for CE marking for self-test use for the VISITECT(R) COVID-19 antigen test have been filed with its European Notified Body.
And last week they told is the timeline remains uncertain
25/11
We are making good progress in the process of seeking CE marking for self-test use for our COVID-19 Antigen test.....However, the timeline for this approval remains uncertain. "
I'd hate to see the speed of the regular track if this is the fast track.
"Wouldn't be surprised to see further updates tomorrow."
And there it is again, the old subtle ramp, with the usual plausible deniability.
Almost word for word what he said about CTDA earlier today, cept that time he explictly included the deniability.
"I would not be surprised to see something today or tomorrow....(but won't feel devastated if there isn't, as I know how htese things can drag on...)!"
SA up from a few hundred a day to 8000, and yesterday was 4000, so appears far more contagious. Listening to the "experts", if appears virus in general tend to go from more deadly to more contagious, keeping hosts alive to allow it to pass on to others.
So if that's true, its possible that Omicron will be less deadly...but still no one knows.
Mostly tangential to ODX's immediate fortunes at this point because other than a few sites in Spain, they don't have tests being used anywhere.
“It could happen on thurs or fri, or could dragged on.”
Quite the insight.
Put out a bit of unsubstantiated hope whilst at all times covering your arse
looking likely that the volume today will exceed that of black fridays.
Its been hammer blow after hammer blow, so we are so well overdue a good SP action day it's marvellous to be watching a rapid rise for the first time in gawd knows how long.
