Karaleva stop whinging at me and tell those why you think ranting in the press etc will have a positive impact on the ODX SP, and if you don't think it will, then what the hell is the point ?
"You are aiming too low. You need to get this to a investigative journalist/TV reporter who will pick this up and run with it. "
But what do you think is the realistic best outcome for ODX shareholders should that happen ? It'll certainly bring to a wider public how ****ty holding shares of ODX has been, but that's hardly conducive to helping the SP. Do you really think that a piece in the press relating the whole saga of being screwed over by HMG is going to help ODX SP. Do you think it is going to help ODX get future HMG orders ? DO you think it will accelerate gov body approvals ?
Other than giving ODX shareholders some satisfaction of revealing HMG real decisions as being in stark contrast to their public messaging, I don't see what else it will achieve.
why is anyone here ?
John2015, shareholders that think writting emails/letters to various bodies is going to change the value of their holding, are either naive in the extreme, or are badly mis-informed. Raising the profile might well expose what has historically happened, but that aint going to change the SP, and this gov has proved time again that the rules simply do not apply to them.
so thats change.org, the CTDA, MPs and question time written to. Who else, perhaps match of the day or strictly
When shareholders are resorting to writting Mr anger letters, it smacks of desperation.
I didn't answer the question :)
anthonyw
@Twatcher fancy answering the question?
me
"what was the question again ?"
AnthonyW
"Twatcher the question is. Do you want ODX to have access to the UK Market? YES Or NO?"
Oh that question.
No.
I don't fancy answering it.
Happy ?
its a discussion board
what was the question again ?
If the progression is as per the warnings yesterday, it seems highly likely that today's figures will be 100K+. At this rate, by Xmas eve, it'll be 300K.
You starting a poll ?
"Not the point really of petitions. It's to get notice. Possibly dialogue."
No..you're right,...don't attempt to make a petition robust to standup to even cursory criticism, any old crappy factually incorrect petition is grand.
It's omission is not strange at all if it doesn't have it
The petition would have been more appealing if it had concentrated on facts rather than merely helping someone vent their anger with a lot of inaccuracies.
1) The is no proof that because a test is sourced in china, it is inaccurate. The orient gene test that is now being made in china was a possibility to be made by ODX. the same test, just a different factory.
2)It is completely wrong to say most chinese tests have been banned by the FDA.
3)The UK does not have capacity to produce 100Ms LFT tests per week.
Totally counterproductive to create a "petition" in which you provide numerous opportunities to totally dismiss it as factually inaccurate should it actually get a level of exposure.
"Is Available for use by professionals or trained lay users;is available (bit vague?)"
Well the 2nd part is correct as that's definition of a non-home/non-self test test, so its correct.
The RNS doesn't name any jurisdication where it can be used. Possibly Saudi Arabia, as they recently got approval there.
"Based on Donkey's silence regarding the Semi-Q test, I get the impression that this is outside the scope of the UK-RTC agreement."
That would be quite a way of getting out of your consortium obligations if true. But given the card is extra, and the test itself is the same product, it seems unlikely they'd get away with that but who knows.
Anyhow, I did notice the omission of reference to CTDA approval and whether the product can actually be used at this time in the UK.
Its messed up rampy sh*te like this that lost people tons of money on here, like massive stockpiling, producing at full capacity week after week.
"I guess that's technically still a rumour?"
No if he has just made it up, its not a rumour, its a fabrication
I note the the twitter random refers to "rumours", but does not point to where he heard them, just making it up himself ?
Innova has a £519M order that expires end of Dec.
