Unfortunately it seems like the psycho wards are letting the long termers out for the day and they have ended up here !!!.
Oh well, they really have zero effect, apart from increasing my resolve to buy and hold.
GLA to genuine holders
With regards to expectations of the dividend, and the future prospects for the company, I have to say that anyone invested in this share has varied expectations, based primarily on 2 points;
1 Entry level. IE Anyone that invested at sub 5p. would have been able to invest say £20,£30, £40 K and have hundreds of thousands of shares, even millions for the money I have invested.
2. Anyone that invested at or over the current SP, will have paid a lot more for a lot less.
Therefore some investors are still currently underwater and very much hoping for the larger dividend (£1 plus)
Those holding several hundred thousand shares from the sub 5 p, 10p days etc, etc, will be happy with 30,40 or 50p.
So there will be disagreements over expectations, but in the long run, I expect we will all do pretty well from this investment, irrespective of our holding or entry level.
Myself, I would be delighted if we get a dividend between 70p and £1, and get to keep my shares, so long as they dont drop to
1p.
I am sure the final outcome is not too far away now and very much look forward the the update/dividend announcement RNS.
Preferably before the end of June.

The net proceeds of the placing are intended to be used primarily to finance the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV"), as announced via RNS dated 26 March 2021. The Directors have decided to limit the financing to £14,126,289 to keep shareholder dilution to a minimum and to focus primarily on advancing certain Rosgeo JV projects to production via EPC and financing contracts with minimum equity injections.

I am sure the II s that have agreed to invest $20 million, have been privy to information, we P I s do not have.
On that basis agreed a non discounted purchase at 26.5 p.
I really do not think they would be looking to part with any stock at all.
It is a rediculous statement IMO.
Jeez
Morning all.
A quick question please.
What exactly is the ACF report and by whom is it prepared ?
Also sold 50 k shares yesterday and moving over to my sipp.
Have another 220k to do the same with but have to wait 2 days to clear each time so hoping I get a chance to move them all over before this blows.
Really dont want to be out with any of my holding but need to take a small risk to move.
Just trying to be tax efficient.
Many Thanks
