My thoughts entirely Gemstar. Especially when the placing shares have been picked up by a HNW individual (AP's dad) who has placed his E8m property up as collateral against it. Someone may have got the jitters as they expected the SP to be higher than it is pre-placing.
The latest 460m placing shares couldn't be pre-sold as required GM assent that happened on Friday. Those are at 0.7p.
The Atlas shares are different having been converted by Atlas all the way down to 0.29p. At 6 June Atlas still had 17% of the company or 170m shares.
Who wants to go explain to Stockalchemist that there was a 100:1 share consolidation between the periods he quotes. Thus the increase of current shares between the start of May and Weds 15 June from 600m to 1400m is actually a stonking increase of 80bn shares in old money in just six weeks. Couldn’t make it up!
