I think 0.3 is overly pessimistic (or overly optimistic if that is what you are hoping for).
The MM's know exactly what is going on here, and these things are usually "priced in" straight away.
Take a look at XSG and where they are now, after doing a Primary Bid placing 4 weeks ago.
ORPH was 26% discount. TRX 76%. XSG 33%. DUKE 6%.
Never seen a blind one before. At least you know you will get the same price as the ii's.
But that is all you know.
