Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
Seagull well I've just managed to buy back in just over 10p.
A question I raised back late July was what were we doing with the drill spoil??
Having it tested for Metals?
Would have been a completely missed trick if we didn't.
Can't believe it hasn't been done.
You could here a mouse fart it's so quiet here
Tick tock
Matufa let the real lth like yourself stick together. We have had rumbles. Warrants enter 17th August. I see them being absorbed.
The buying has been polite. The selling says to me mms trying to drop the sp. The selling is in tranches. Pretty pathetic imo.
The wombles of Wimbledon are no longer. They would lose their 'respect' elsewhere with x amount of posts. They have moved on. They learnt their lesson. Trim if you have a point when you are back in the office say so.
Tomorrow will be a point where either mms hold their hands up and let us go or we get the 'cautious sp reactions. Lmao.
Best wishes to all. Me and the better half celebrated our anniversary today.
Wherin Lazarus a Norwich Pharmacal Order would become relevant.
Lazarus you are on point totally. Very wise and words of decorum. That sits well with me.
Guess what I'm buying more of tomorrow;-)
I suspect a few pre lse opening time orders being placed.
Hi Lazarus. Yes completely agree. Wouldn't it be interesting if overseas investors re the 737 update which was vague at the least and UK investors get to 30% with trans Atlantic friends who have a tweaked 1802 so split the profits! I mentioned this before.
There has definitely been buying and the sp has been held back imo.
It's when you join the dots that are public as in here that the background investors using wombles to create concern go quiet and then when the game is up and the genuine holders following the well researched science and global requirements
I remember putting senator in his box and sly!
Tick tock.
Tomorrow will be rather interesting.
Regards Steadydanny.
Anti an investor only needs to be named if 3% of shares held. I also believe there is a clause re the value of their holding that reaches 30%. That is if a few investors come together.
Once again the Patent US update seems ever more interesting.
Bobbler. A Right 'Honourable' MP! Somerset Capital Management? JRM?
Graking. Good point.
I've also been puzzling over the SP tweet re 'honoured'.
And I see Thoths link re those gaining through investments to assist the covid battle.
My pennies worth re HNWIs.
Jacob Rees-Mogg aka the Right Honourable JRM Co founder of Somerset Capital Management (made billions for SCM since early 2020)with Dominic Johnson who also bought onto the board Christopher White and Mark Williams.
One of SCM corporate objectives (see their website) is 'we are stock pickers' and look for a 3 to 5 year holding ....
I'm of the opinion HNWI1 holds just under 2.5% (if 490k last warrant of theirs exercised) offset TR1 3% triggered. I'm sure they like anonymity!
2 other HNWI have joined. I think we get a fourth HNWI (see where I'm going) and between them a holding about 5.5 % will be held.
That's my thinking.
Steadydanny
I made a mistake #1 if exercised second warrant option then they would be holding just under 2.5% of sareum.
Possibly introduced to sareum via Edison group.......note timing of that RNS ......then the symposium.....timing of legal paperwork..
........1st June #1 900k........
Can someone correct me if I'm wrong bit effectively #1 would hold 2% of sareum if 490k warrant exercised and #2 and #3 both just under 1% each.
Together 4%.
Tr1 requirement is 3%
Hmmmmm
Wip I'm not an expert but if warrants and subscriptions were exercised by all 3 HNWIS it would look like this
#1 £3.04m raised 68.5m shares
#2 £2m raised 28.5m shares
#3 £2.25m raised 27.27m shares
Which would equate to £7.29m potential of which £4.55m exercised.
On yes Lazarus the RNS re FLT3 and China and reading through the data got my attention when they ended the license.
Especially the timeline.
Onwards and upwards!
Yep you are spot on Job.
Sp and mc based on ipr and sii.
Now what do you make of sareum and ipr and and shares in issue (sii)?
Please factor in the markets of requirements.
Best regards Steadydanny
Hi Dan. Re your post I'm still looking at the US Patent 'invention' protection re 1802 and the UK investment from government options re Zylos link and tim saying today 'progressing the preclinical development of our second TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor SDC 1802'.
Then UK RNS 'significantly strengthened'
I think we have a cross Atlantic bidding war in the offing via UK government and Sierra /AZ RNS.
Hence the sp being dropped earlier today and I believe a shake and certain wombles playing good cop bad cop.
Or they work on two slightly tweaked variations of 1802 and have a divided profit intake given different variations of 1802 for a treatment!
Food for thought.
Greatly appreciate Zylo. So we are as Tim says
'Our position has been significantly strengthened'
Afham totally on the same hymn sheet as you.
Something I took from the RNS today I believe confirms your points.
Tim said , I quote
' with the funds raised during this period now totalling over £4.5m, our financial position has been significantly strengthened and we are looking forward to completing the preclinical trials with SDC 1801 and advancing it into clinical development, and progressing the preclinical development of our second TYK2/JAJ1 inhibitor SDC 1802'.
I've read that numerous times and am at a crossroads.
Re Agile £5m for £30m.
Are we showing we can raise the £5m (see my earlier post re warrants and subscriptions) as is required but still have further Warrants able to be exercised and that we may just do it on our own?
Indeed Lazarus. I note the differences but I then throw into the discussion ( which I like here) our ipr and patents approved and pending. As someone mentioned before Sareum are not a one trick pony.
Appreciate your posts and discussions Lazarus.
Best regards Steadydanny
Most welcome Lazaraus. I might add that Brightys very informative post would do well to have an addendum re Novacyts huge rise.
When you go back through Novacyts RNS chronology and sp rise roughly starting late February it wa on the promise and then delivery of a test.
We are talking of the promising potential of a TREATMENT and fingers crossed delivery which has very positive results so far.
Looking good here.
