News very soon I would of thought
Eyes on the ground has been in touch
I apologize for the late response, but with the cold weather we have had in Deadhorse, they have pushed back the rig move. New date as of now is 2/22/20.
Is open for business rig ready to go.

Yes I’ve been very busy with work so not been able to catch up on what’s been going on.
Rig is there waiting to go. I
Going off our conversation the rig will move next week as he will be notified by high ways few days before and he hasn’t as of yet.

Evening chaps
I've just been speaking to my eyes on the ground not sure if this is old news but the ice road is OPEN .
Rig to be moving next few days.
Shall I explain snowman10andy
After talking to my guy there isn't just our rig to go down the Dolton
Other drilling rigs are being moved, but our rig is the biggest and he was well aware of the rig and that its sat there waiting to go.
I'll send him the link and see if we can get it confirmed
It's our rig I can confirm
I've just spoken to my eyes on the ground over in Alaska.
The road is set to be closed for 4 days while are rig is moved .my eyes on the ground are going to be notified a few days before hand. So I'll know and you will know when this is.
It's very cold at the minute so ice rd is nearly completed. I reckon back end of the week I'll have the nod.
Monday the Ice road should be open Monday 27th Jan.
I would expect Wednesday or Thursday RIG MOBILIZATION RNS
1/2 mph depending on weather conditions
30 mile trip down the Dolton give and take a bit of delay 3/4 days.
IF the road opens on time which I'll find out of a mate of mine who works in Alaska.
The weather out there is fine sunny -22
Not forgetting guys they are only getting about 3 hours of Daylight.
Rig will arrive on and around Friday 31st / Sunday 2nd Feb
RNS Mon 3rd Feb
Be interesting to see how close I get, All in my opinion of course.
Only 10 days to go until the ice road is set to open, next week should be interesting
Ice Rd set to open on the 27th Jan.
I can a contact in Alaska which is keeping me up dated.
The web cam like I posted a few days ago after studying the maps of Dead Horse the East Camara looks over the Dolton Highway as soon as I've had word the road is open I'll keep an eye out on that Camara for the mobilization of the rig.
The Ice road opening on the 27th is bang on with 25% already completed.
The weather forecast for the next 10 days looks good so fingers crossed when the ice road opens on and around the 27th the rig should be setting off soon after.
Pbody there are passing points so the rig can pull in and let's traffic pass I'm told.
So a 1/2 mph the rig should only take 3/4 days to travel the 30 miles Down the Dolton Highway
I have a contact who works for one of the biggest Trucking companies in Alaska.
I was speaking to him last night and the Ice road is set to open 27th Jan.
I'm sure he will be able to find out if the rig is on the move or not.
Hear is ta link to 4 web cameras at Dead Horse
One of us might just catch a glimpse of the rig.
