@dai , interesting but surprising even given the raise, that given such positive news flow the SP remains so low / unaffected ?

Excellent post, thanks for sharing your knowledge, let’s hope (though to be fair I doubt it) that we have some ‘specialist scientists with worksheets’ what i think we probably have at this time are some ‘friends of management’ short of work engineers with a couple of cans of WD40; the worlds biggest asset, total joke HE1 how you’re carrying on.
Just to say, at the off last year, that rig was also promoted as supposedly over specced, so fingers crossed that this years rig is indeed upto what’s expected of it.

Do you not think if something ‘fishy’ had gone on, that Mitchell’s and their employees would subsequently and still now be buying up every single spare share on the market ??
@Dai, yes, Skittish, thanks for that, good weekend , cheers
TAI :-3
The mk3 even looks friendlier ! #Tai :-3
@dai, those 25 steps lol unlucky indeed, you will remember as you have a superb memory, the discussions after the first drill duster how we heard first about Tai-1a, which then became Tai-2, and the chap on here that often does the painstaking map overlays ( respect to him, sorry I forget your name) etc says there has always been another ‘dot’ near Tai-1. It will be interesting to see in a few years time how many drills we actually sink at Tai, DM is so obviously enamored by it, Tai-2 I believe was drilled simply to collect a little data and fulfil Mitchells contract, the relationship deemed to have irreparably broken down, I believe they knew the seal pinched out there, I believe the pre mentioned ‘dot’ is a ‘few steps’ in the opposite direction ?
Third time lucky ;-)
Wow @Porky, thought you had died and gone to ramper heaven ! Good to see a balanced reasoned post from you, instead of the manic Ramps of the past, I say many times and get ****ged off for it, keeping to a time table and plan is not He1’s strong point, the rig is one thing, but did no one else pick up in that last interview DM saying other long lead time equipment coming from all around the world was another problem. I don’t care what anyone says, this Q3/4 timescale will slip again, it’s my opinion they will eventually drill late 2022, but I don’t think we will see any results this year. In the meantime I think the SP will drift back to low 8s, and although I am a fully signed up member of the once bitten twice shy club, I will buy another sizeable chunk at those prices, it will see 15 -17p on the eventual drill, as to the results, DM has stoked Tai -3 so much already, I think it will be shat or bust.
GLA, can someone start a crowdfunding page for a new keyboard for ITV
@craignews, that was my thoughts also.
I’ll be surprised if this doesn’t open down and heading towards the low 8s high 7’s by lunchtime. Hardly anything we didn’t already know, no news, just drift, Q4 drill will become next year.
@ITV
from Ghekos post just a few posts down the list here “ f I’m wrong - great cause have kept a few for now as eventually the drilling will happen - if not then bottom drawer until next year.”
Good luck all
I think they softened the blow of last years drill fiasco with an expectation that some cheap shallow drills would take place and lead to a ‘discovery’ , it has been obvious that a further substantial raise is going to be needed for the drill campaign this asset deserves since we parted company with Mitchells, what I don’t really understand is why they didn’t go with the winter shallow drill program, get some form of discovery which for sure would’ve pushed the SP enough to do the major raise needed for a proper deep drill campaign. All the different angles just don’t add up, it is just common sense that the longer the company sits apparently idle burning money the lower the SP will drift and the harder the necessary raise will be. Ian will understand this, I do wonder if we are now been guided by too many excited geologist perfectionists wanting the perfect drill campaign, and not enough businessmen that actually understand how a successful company must transition keep moving and remain active.
I read just now here the First mention of a putting this in the bottom drawer till 2023, if that is the case a serious shake up is required, sad really that such an apparent opportunity is been driven forward so poorly. Only my opinions, good luck all.
Or maybe a wise move, quiet periods have never preempted good news here, if no drill this year, - which is a distinct possibility the more time goes by, and DMs loose words have been shown not to be trustworthy in the past, - and this will be 5p beg.
Total nonsense, DM stop all the waffle and concentrate on the promised discovery, then he can go blow his pipe till his hearts content.
@skitish, he can exactly ‘win’ by getting one of his highly paid PR employees to issue an RNS update instead of just randomly chatting **** on a National radio station !! It’s not so hard to understand is it ? People say they (HE1) learnt from last years comms, well I’m not seeing it, and re the other post and well run companies, in my opinion this does not fit that description, the way info is randomly released is not in the least professional, I am in quite deep here for over a year now and am losing patience.
As for “ And for some reason it appears that they won't need to raise conventional funds via a share issue. “ Really ?? Where have you found that nugget of information from because from where I am sat every week without work is a drain on very limited current resources.
Remember also, DM has taken on a new role in another exploration company, maybe he’s just busy with them for now.
Lol aha ah that’s ok then…. Hmmm
If any of that is correct, why was DM interviewed on national radio stating when where and how deep they were going to be drilling ?! As a few others have mentioned, quietness from HE1 has never preceded positive news before.
