The question is, understood by whom?
There is no reporter name, taking credit for this piece
Seems no one, wants to own up writing it ;p
So the procress for a CVA to go ahead would require 75% of the landlords to agree? & 50% of shareholders?
Current share holdings above 1%

Main market share ;p still follows the same pattern
Drop the price, collect some shares. and pop the price back up ;p
One does have to wonder when posters,
Have the doom and gloom side on a share every day. Why they have to point out, everything they can on the Downside ;p
2021 for bonds not 2019... Looks like they have bottomed out and started to go in the north direction ;p
https://markets.businessinsider.com/bonds/debenhams_plcls-notes_201414-21_regs-bond-2021-xs1081972850
Ow thats a positiive :)
Looking at the state of the local HOF store & SD, if this guy gets to be in charge the high street is finished...
The quality of the producst is awful, the local HOF has empty display cabinets.... the Doors are all taped up with signs saying sorry broken us the other door..
This guy just bullies his way into companies, and its the same here. Invested into the shares, and then carrys out the inders route by annoucing DEBS is going bust...effects the market price= effects the fund raising options for the company...
He has his man now on the board= expect a deal to be done by end of january for more shares and that 40 mill investment to happen.. the high street is well and truely shafted now... Cheap tracksuits and such on ever corner lol
Its not only DEB`S,
All over europe is the same with offers of 70-80% and even 3rd & 4th items free.
This isnt just a uk thing, or limited to a handful of companies ;p
I bet HOF is in worse shape than DEB`S ;p
What a corporate stich up, in effect the board and stobart and vrigin all sat round a table working this out....
This isnt in the interests of all involved... 100 million put in, more like sell of couple of slots and let it fold = nice new slots for some one with no cost ;p and let the rest fail.
Unreal this can be right..
How many shares does he still own?
And is he part of the 55% as a key shareholder ;p
"Key shareholders holding in the Company (~55%) commit, within the framework of a
comprehensive plan,to participate in a total of $10M out of the $13M expected fundraising"
Wont be able to pick it up for buttons, if he isnt the major Creditor ;p thats why he wants the 40 mill deal....
Other companies & Banks and such Creditors would have the first divy Before MA, and this is well before the share holders, Thats why he is desperately to get money in to the company by the back door;p
" to make sure he is the biggest creditor" and so can work a closed upfront deal as before with HOF.
The Bullring, and Debs store was heaving today ;p
Maybe they saved up the shopping visits for today.....
The redditch store was also busy ;p
MA has an agender to get Debs cheap... so by pushing that rubbish the other day in effect should be investigated for Market abuse...
As i understand it the offer for 40 mill was also with conditions over a share purchase at a 3pence price... nice walks the share price down, and sorts on the way. and then effects the creidt of the company at the same time so can buy on the cheap... ;p
The guy sells cheap tat from Sd and such, not sure whats worse for the high street...

I sat at lunch time thinking of buying more, lol
refresh 1 = buy 46
refresh 2 = buy 47
refresh 3 = buy 48
refresh 4 = buy 48.8
Turned the screen off in the end, some crazy market moves all over ;p when others think Ukraine is safer than the u.k says it all, rofl
Good example of why This is a great little company ;p
https://citywire.co.uk/new-model-adviser/news/why-oil-is-falling-like-its-2008-again/a1181573
Compare the other oil company dots and this just ends up being a very undervalued gem ;p
All the Information is in the Rns section, over share creation and consolidation..
1. Listed Jan 16.. With 10 Mil shares.
2. Placing July 17 for an extra 5 Mil shares to help fund future acquisition strategy.
3. Relisted July 17 with 15 Mil shares total.
4. Feb 18, issued B shares & returned £1.50 per a B share ;p Funds surplus to requirements ;p
5. May 18 Dyas purchase ( No debt or equity issuance or shareholder approval required) ;p
6. Oct 18 Tender offer to share holders to buy share and cancel ;p
7. 2,923,240 shares to be tendered
The Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares purchased by it under the Repurchase Agreement, reducing the number of Ordinary Shares in issue from 15,513,643 Ordinary Shares to 12,590,403 Ordinary Shares.
As can be seen there is no mention of Consolidation and such.. The Company simply wanted to remove the number of sellers, which had held the price back from the true value ;p
@MB@all
With this reduction in shares, will the market cap be effected? or will the share price be adjusted to the Market cap?
Just wondering on peoples thoughts, with those less shares in issue, and also the 28% area crossed By A. unless the price moves then surely that becomes a 30% point? and taken private?
Working out at around 27 pence a share offer for a starter with the branston pickle then ?
Then add the IAG bid for double that pickle, lol?
They already have released an RNS in relation to Virgin...
" The Board of Flybe Group plc ("Flybe" or the "Company") notes the recent media speculation and confirms that Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited ("Virgin Atlantic") is one of the parties it is in discussions with as part of the formal sale process announced on 14 November 2018."
Parties = more than one party in discussions.
As per Naming IAG and any other company, it would be normal to sign an NDA. So until they have something to confirm to the market like an offer ;p or not. Then we will hear nothing.
The hotter it gets, the more Rpt will become a GEM of a buy ;p
Couple of weeks of the hot potato, followed by the Jan update ;p
This going to become a messy one, Russia want the Sea of Azov.
By starving this point of entry to Ukraine, they can then look to gain ground on the land boundary down to Mariupol ;P
Who`s going to stop them;p No political back bone to get directly involved from any in the west ;p
Be following the same statement as always " Those men are simply tourists with Ak47`s on holiday"
