A lot of pub meeting anticipated In the south of England. A Scottish gathering would be welcome too. I live in Angus and happy to travel when the situation improves. Of course there won’t be any drinking because we’re Scottish and far too miserable to open our wallets, even when the SP hits £5!
I have a Peugeot e208 GT and just love it. Drove it 300 from Lancashire to Scotland after picking it up with no issues. Rapid chargers around here are plentiful and, so far, free. I fully charged it recently and it was showing 177 mile range. However, heating, other auxiliary bits and a heavy foot do compromise that. My second EV and I’ll never go back to internal combustion.
I’ve seen many calculations over recent weeks but I’m still waiting for one that justifies Mickey’s 60p. I know that he’s amused many of us with that figure but .........
My wife bought into Lloyds at just over 30p and if I wasn’t so confident in GGP’s future I might have joined her.

Been popping in during the day and it has been such a pleasant change to read appreciative, thoughtful and enquiring comment rather than baby school playground taunts. The grownups are in the building.
Hi Lenz. Lived in Ndola and Lusaka in the mid 60s and very early 70s while at boarding school in what was then Salisbury. Great times.
Hi Magic. You’re right, your head should be in Kitwe, Mufulira and Chingola and not WA but we’re all so glad that you’re here!
No chance of “if”. It’s when.
My thanks too Magic. Great work. You do appreciate that your presentation will be graded by those in the know at GGP and Newcrest and we all hope that you receive an A+. Not many mining BBs that have their own in-house geologist.

The ounce count doesn’t matter. It’s always 60p.
Ask our Mickey. He might tell you 60p!
Been here since February last year with an average of 3.31p. Put in £13,332.82 which my wife wants me to put back in the bank to earn 0.01% p.a.! Free ride with the rest to either glory or oblivion.
However, if the Lord God Almighty was selling I’d be curious as to why.
True Bellers but a fair bit of guesstimation involved, however accurate the attempt is to arrive at a figure. In the friendliest way possible, one of the parties will get shafted unless both agree that they’re prepared to accept that outcome.
Very unlikely to never going to happen. It’s like me having a big piggybank and stuffing it full of fivers for the last five years and offering it to a prospective buyer. I don’t know how much is in it and he doesn’t know how much is in it but I’m asking for a sizeable consideration.
Agreed. I am 68 now and would like to be in a position to make my four grown-up children comfortable. I have the home I want, the car I want and both my wife and myself have health issues so foreign holidays are unfortunately a thing of the past. A big lump of cash would certainly suit my purposes although, as already said, we all have different priorities.
Bought in very mildly a year ago on the recommendation of my son. Topped up a few times for a modest fistful and have been holding my breath since last Wednesday morning. Many thanks to those with experience who cautioned against selling - my faith in you has been rewarded. I’ll continue following the comment but I’ll keep my mouth shut. GL to all.
