Tribe Technology set to deliver healthy pipeline of orders from Tier-One miners. Watch the video here.
Fort, can we please stop with the GGP comparisons on this board. The two companies are nothing alike. One owns 30% of an asset that is around 12 months from production, the other owns 100% of a tier 1 that is years away from first ore. One is building a future mid-tier miner through hiring the best talent in the mining world, the other is mothballed for the foreseeable and looking for a sale. One has operations in one of the safest mining jurisdictions in the world, the other is in Ecuador.
You get the picture. Chalk and cheese.
And to present the bear case here, perhaps that was the last and most practical opportunity to buy shares before the AGM, at which they are going to be relying on PI support to keep their jobs? If there's no good news in the pipeline that's basically all they could feasibly do to win back some support. They are going into it having wiped 42% off the share price this year after all.
Just as plausible IMO
Red, all well and good, but if you do think this why did you decide to sell 325k shares over the last few days?
Quady, if the company wasn't planning on selling Cascabel, they would not let the publication below publish this article. They would be on the phone to the journalist immediately asking them to print a correction. They would also release an RNS responding to the media speculation and assuring shareholders that they weren't looking to sell.
The fact of the matter is every man and his dog in the mining world knows SOLG and its management want this sold. When it does eventually happens, you are going to look extremely foolish. But hey, at least you'll be rich.
Tesla - fair play. You are right that there are a few on here who will post according to their position and tell us of buys/sells after the fact. Which is a shame.
I don't disagree Tesla, they have always been on the button in their analysis. It's been nice to see The Italian post a little more of late.
A genuine q, at what point do you decide to invest here? From memory you are not and have not been, but you spend a fair bit of time posting here. Are you waiting for an entry or just revelling in the chaos?
Nicely positive. Bunn looked a lot more comfortable in front of the camera than in some of the videos I watched when researching, too! Assays mid/late November. I imagine we'll see a few traders take positions over the next couple of weeks.
Agree 100% Bozi. All sean does these days is turn up to show how freakishly obsessed he is with slug. None of us care.
No worries add. Will be interesting to see how they vote at the AGM.
Add, don't quote me on this but I think I read over on the GGP board that they are expecting to announce what they're keeping and what they're shifting in Q1 next year.
No IB out there will be more motivated to sell this than Maxit Capital.
Cintsa, the last thing we want and need is our CEO "banging the drum" on an anonymous instant messaging channel like some tinpot AIM CEO. I witnessed one do so just this week and it was frankly embarrassing.
Happy to have bought in here last week below the recent placing price. Today's RNS is very positive. Looks like a great opportunity to ride the transformational discovery wave in a market where picking winning junior explorers is bloody difficult! Thanks to Bozi for pointing me in the right direction.
So between 6-9 site visits ("over 5") and "a number" of follow ups (1 or 2)?
Is PFS 3 just a tactic to buy them more time, a plan B in the event of no bidder or JV partner, or a genuine effort to make Cascabel viable for those with less cash for development? We may never know.
Highflyingman - I hope they've had the sense to wait until Berry St had completely sold up before releasing the news. We might reach the lofty heights of 10p again!
Toffers @ 22.28 - the PRs are listed in every RNS. Drop them a note with your suggestions, I'm sure the office could do with a laugh.
Another Franco-style deal will make the asset that no one is currently bidding for even less attractive.
Unless you are hoping for SOLG to take this to production, it is not a desirable option.
fort, for the millionth time, blackrock is not one ****genous entity. they have multiple funds and fund managers who hold solg stock, with different strategies, algorithms, risk thresholds etc. you lack of understanding of the fund management industry is astounding after all this time. then again you used to describe them as an investment bank, so perhaps not so astounding after all.
Case, could it be that there is visible gold in some of the cores and that they are waiting on the full results of the drilling before releasing an RNS? The gold tweets might be hints, then again they might just be the company pushing macro content to boost the visibility of the company name. Remember, they are still positioned as a copper gold explorer, even though the company's fortunes may lie elsewhere.
FS now expected to be delivered by the end of September 2024. Is that a delay? Can't remember what the previous guidance was.
SD's "tremendous" comment might be a nod that Newmont are going to play nice.
I think we are all asking ourselves where the bottom is. The director buying put a floor under the price for about 24 hours. The market is extremely bleak for explorers at the moment and we're going to have to raise funds in the next 6 months or so (assuming we have the foresight to not leave it until the very last minute).
Despite what some say on here, volume since the end of September has been much higher than the 3 month period preceding it. Who is offloading the stock?
