IntelliAM aiming for significant growth with £5 million Aquis IPO. Watch the video here.
dazzle1000: my chart has a long vertical line pointing into infinity and beyond!
BIGHOW: The SP will keep rising because it was taken down way too much by non believers selling up. Those that have down their research know this & it’s just a matter of time when this will be back to 4p plus, plus. Good luck and enjoy the ride!
MILOH: You need to understand that people don’t invest in companies like 88e based on what assets it has right now. It’s what those assets could potentially be worth in the future once they have be proved up that makes it interesting. If you want certainty maybe invest in utilities for a steady income. If you want uncertainty put your money in 88e and maybe you will be a millionaire one day!
Brombarb: Is Aberdeenman based in Aberdeen, being the oil center of Scotland or Skegness?
moneyhawk: parliament has a duty to follow the instructions of the people & therefore they must implement the democratic decision of the referendum. The government gave those eligible to vote a yes or no decision. They were given unconditional terms & the so called deal was not part of the referendum. The rebel’s are making the result of the referendum conditional on a deal which is clearly wrong. This matter can only be resolved in court IMO because parliament is obstructing the will of the people. Unfortunately, the rebel MP’s would probably not even vote for a new deal because the don’t want to leave period. SNP, Lib Dems, Green Party & a good number of Labour would not agree. Best hope is for EU to put us out of our misery & refuse any extension request!
Del101: The lower the SP the greater the upswing so get in now while the sales are on!
This is great news despite the adverse SP which is merely a reflection of very short term sentiment. The company is doing exactly what it promised, allowing others to provide funding after using its own resources to carry out de-risking. Far better to have part of something instead of all of nothing! The conventional alone could be transformational and it’s not going to be long before we know. In the meantime I await further news of the HRZ soft farm out.
Bridgedogg1: Absolutely and to pay $0.5m demonstrates considerable good faith. Also, its “non-refundable unless the farmout agreement is not finalised owing to an act or omission of the JV Parties”. Note the last few words: so we keep the dosh as long as we have been straight with them (due diligence) or not changed our mind and done a deal with another party.
Neversatisfied: We also need to remember that the half million is merely a fee. It makes me wonder how big this deal is going to be. It could be very big indeed!
SeeVee: Relax. We just don’t know what the deal is so let go of the mind stuff and get a good nights sleep which is what I intend to do. Stay present.
Goody88: soft farm means there is no preferred bidder and transformational means that we become a bigger company in terms of shareholder value. The former means that interest is being seen from potential partners and the latter means a higher share price.
Neil22: I have a feeling that Aberdeenman may be AWOL. I wonder if there is a Northslopeman?
Just remembering where things stand per RNS:
“Farminee internal approvals complete, including Board sign-off
Farm-out deal now subject to:
execution of closing documents
standard conditions precedent, mainly related to transfer of working interests
Well planning and permitting required for 2020 drilling now ramping up
Additional details will be provided post signing.”
We are getting closer to concluding the deal by the day. We have a board resolution from the other side to execute the contract and no doubt the delay is in satisfying the Standard conditions precedent which may include various approvals ie from State of Alaska. I’m not losing any sleep!
Islayman: Let’s remember that this farm out for the conventional will be followed by another for the HRZ for which a soft farm process is already underway. I wonder whether our farminee for conventional also has an appetite for shale? As you say, the plan has always been to derisk the plays as much as possible in order to attract partners who are prepared to offer realistic terms since the costs of exploration and development are considerable and shareholders pockets are not bottomless.
MILOH: Do you not feel placated? If you have ever negotiated and concluded deals at board level you will know that execution of contracts is imminent. Those sitting on the sidelines with glasses half empty will be blown away when contracts have been executed and full details disclosed.
Very nice and can’t wait to hear the name of the farminee
jiddy123: also, only water has been found!
Ambers235: it ain’t over until the fat lady sings
Jaffas: it’s looking good because we will be achieving an important milestone in the project Icewine story.........
WAaussie: DW needs to take the preferred bidder to the pub and get them completely legless. That’s how I recall closing deals in my day!
