Hi romaron, I believe that we have both been invested in the same company previously (as your monica does ring a bell), let's just say a heavy oil explorer with a field to the east of the Shetlands. I personally lost a huge amount there which is why I now to invest in "safer" oilies. I have been with SQZ for over 10 years and after the other debacle have built up my holding here. Not only do they not have any debt but have a healthy "war chest" that is literally building daily.
I did research ENQ but the debt of almost 2 billion deterred me. Admittadly they do have a healthy production, but in a volatile oil and gas price market could be quite vulnerable, whereas SQZ are cushioned and therefore don't have either set repayments nor interest rates to meet.
Hopefully you will grow to appreciate the way the BOD run this company and add to your holding.
Welcome on board, not long to wait for the finals.
I think that we should run a book on when NI posts next, and if not him his partner deramper. They think that they are the newest great spin doctors who don't need to use facts in their posting, just negative drivle.
We are now well over half way through the drill with around 40 days left. As the weather has been relatively calmer than usual for this time of year it may even come in ahead of schedule, who knows? Should it be a successful result, then along with Rhum 3, we will be increasing production quite dramatically. Isn't it good being invested in a producing company with an ever increasing war chest.
There is every possibility that their selling one quarter of one percent of Serica at this time of year is connected with the HMRC financial year end.
More interesting to me is the buying frenzy from around twenty past four. Who knows something that we don't>
Hi sasa,
Well, it just goes to prove the old adage that every day is a school day, I wasn't aware that was the value required, and over the years I have been invested in companies that have transferred without knowing that.
I do however feel confident that not only will SQZ reach that valuation but that the BOD will already have considered the move. Having a full listing does put a different slant on a company and attracts a wider range of investors which in turn drives up the SP.
Patience.
I think that last year's operation update was connected more with the problems that were being experienced with Erskine,. Hopefully this year that well and the BKR wells are all performing faultlessly, so no update required.
If you agree that shorting of AIM stocks should be banned, there is an official petition to sign.
I have just signed and the initial target is 10,000 to get a response from Parliament

Hi again NewKOTB, Quick question, who should you believe? a) an anonymous poster who has suddenly appeared with what appears to be a Walter Mitty complex, who initially claimed to be an expert in this field and now says he is asking for guidance. or b) a well respected leader in his field, fronting a Plc who is totally aware that he could be struck of if he mislead investors with false information.
Choose whichever you prefer, but my money is on the gentleman who has been an integral part of the outstanding rise of our company.
Hi NewKOTB, If I was you I wouldn't waste time replying to someone who admits to being a Wally. Self proclaimed experts are very rarely that, except maybe in their own mind, he quite clearly has an agenda which isn't to positively assist investors. I have found that the majority of posters on this board appear to be investors with some experience and can see the game this one is attempting to play. We have done relatively well so far to not attract more of these derampers, I find that it only takes a couple of their posts to flush them out.
NewKOTB, that's a rumour that I hadn't heard of but would be welcome if true. If SQZ are currently producing at 30,000boe/day mentioned in the last presentation, they will already have added many millions to the cash pile and I would have thought that they will now be in a position to raise debt thro' the banking system as opposed to issueing more shares. Just a thought, and only the BOD will know at this stage.
I would doubt it being anything Rowallon related, the drill will only be around half way down towards the required depth. I suspect it's just general lethargy, Any RNS, even slightly positive will give it a kick up it's rear end. Just keep the faith.
