Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
Dual listing would be fine I guess. I've only invested in one share where that was the case - there was no particular issue evident, other that the 'earlier' market gave a clue to the other market when something was brewing.
14.4p breaches CGT for me (not that I would be selling) , so would want to keep in the ISA.
I have separately invested (well £19) a little piece of vanadinite on my desk to remind me to keep these at least until hopefully >40p.
It should have good support around this level due to the placing. We (and the placing purchasers) do need some solid evidence of progress though. Hopefully, something in the next few weeks. A hold for me at this level. If I had no shares I would buy some at this level.
I have a Barclays investor ISA account. I have seen some comments here and there that the Barclays trading platform is not great. In general, it seems to work ok for me. However, a slight frustration re this share is that it will only allow two decimal points to be inputted. E.g. I can’t put in an buy order for 0.485p. The difference between 0.48 and 0.49 is over 2%. Anyway, I would be grateful if DP et al could release some really good news to move this to over 1p so that this effect is minimised. That would be most kind :)
I've not had a reply as yet to my email regarding concerns over the large reversed trades. I keep an open mind whether there is/has been a single seller who intentionally turns up the sells when the price begins to rise, or direct MM suppressive actions, or a combination of both. We know it's not PIs. I would like to think it has stopped, though won't be convinced until the SP goes back up to 14p without big counter-trades reappearing. I did buy some more yesterday at what I consider to be a very fair price from the MMs.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would be grateful if you can pass on this email to the appropriate department further action and for response to me.
I wish to raise concerns about a transaction on AIM for Bushveld Minerals (BMN) 05-Aug-20 09:02:14 13.375 -1,500,000 Buy* 12.50 12.75 -200.63k O. This was originally reported as a sell on 5/8/20, but was subsequently reversed on 6/8/20.
This was a very large reversed transaction that would appear to have potentially caused an unnatural suppression of the share price, likely impacting on decisions of investors.
I would be grateful if this transaction can be investigated specifically, and the general pattern of large transactions, particularly any that have been reversed, relating to the BMN share in recent days and weeks.
I wish to be reassured that that there is no market abuse occurring on AIM to artificially suppress the BMN share price, or that any abuse that may be occurring is appropriately dealt with.
Many thanks for your attention and response,
Thanks for investigating Libero. My view is must be reported by PIs and ideally by the company for investigation. The size of the non-transaction is too large to simply pass-over without taking it further. If there has been wrong-doing, in fact or in spirit, then it needs to be stopped or this share will remain falsely stalled.
I counted about 7 million shares sold in the previous 3 days that I attribute to a single seller (though accept there are other possible explanations). Any moderate intra-daily drop may well be the point when the MMs get the next sell order to fill. Source, motivation and duration of these actions remain uncertain. No doubt for me that current price is low only as a result of this. Still good opportunity to buy.
If the share price went up 3.85% per day (about where it is now) for the next 30 trading days from 13.5p, then it would be at 42p by the end of that time. Slower rise like this and people can drop off on the way up if they wish. I know it will not be so smooth :)
Human nature. People looking notice the rise, then notice the potential, then contribute more to the rise. Today is the test if the seller (or MM manipulation) has gone at least for some time. Slow gradual rise would be better imho than spikey, but whatever.
