Getting used to the sp taking a battering but I certainly couldn't say there's anything to enjoy Arsenal.
The lower it goes, The bigger struggle to regain any losses.
If we had a 100% rise, This would be half a pence ffs
As we see a variety of different operators working in Georgia, How likely would it affect FRR if Schlumberger, Block Energy ect where to find and produce from their assets in a fairly quick timescale without the 20 years and 500 million Exploration / Rebate costs ?
2018 ? lol
Plenty already declared ? lol
wtf is going here ? In a matter of a few posts we have ' at the end of the day this will surely be about money ' Phew, That's ok then.....
The lack of news and twitter updates could be due to the staff having the holibobs. That's that sorted then......
It may also need to be considered that the dream we were sold is going a bit pete tong.
I sincerely hope it's not the latter but it's as plausible as the rest of the suggestions on here. This share makes me question my rational and sanity everyday just now.
Conspiracy - A secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. The action of plotting or conspiring.

Hottrader77, I notice you mentioned that maybe the end of arbitration will get the sp up to 0.60p. As far as we have been informed, There is currently no arbitration to answer or been put forward to the company as yet. If I've missed something regarding an update on this, Please let me know.
Do you think the herd would have arrived if whi had lifted their estimation share price at the last report if the fundamentals where exactly the same as today RainbowRider ?
Thanks for everyone else's view in their opinion on this YA matter.
Bottom line is not one of us know when the first payment was made, How many have been paid and how many remain.
It bothers me, Some can question why but it's quite simple. We should know, Not be needing to take sides on who is right lol !
We have made aware of the deal, The first payment being made and I'm hopeful we will see something regarding another payment being made next week.

I honestly don't know what to think fg. I do know this debt almost killed us off, So knowing exactly where we are with servicing it would be highly beneficial to shareholders I feel. Maybe I'm wrong, Overthinking ?
Not asking questions and querying certain points that your unsure of can lead to losing money, I'm hopeful I'm not here for that.
One thing I have managed in the last 4 and a half years is to get far too attached to this share and the story which has up until now led to heavy disappointment.
Some bury their heads in the sand allowing their belief to take over, I've been there myself. If I feel something doesn't feel right, I try to find a reasonable reason to make a decision along with my own judgement.
YA and Arbitration are the two points that worry me, Although If nothing has been raised with the arbitration as yet, That can't be dealt with until the time comes.
Testing times, Still hopeful of a reward. Maybe an rns will appear on next week confirming YA's second payment. Maybe an rns will arrive next week with flow rates and confirmation of YA's second payment.
If the YA payments are running to plan, I can't see any reason not to tell the market. It's really positive news in my eyes, Especially when their is a lack of anything else going on.
We are only 10 trading days away from the first payment being made for Niko-1 and we don't know if the ii is prepared to stump up the extra wonga for the lower depth drill. Somehow they managed to drill T39 lower on budget.......
Newsbound few weeks hopefully.
I understand that 2,891 Series A shares with the redemption value of $2,891,000 were redeemable on 16 June 2018.
The Company and YA have now agreed that the redemption of the remaining 2,891 Series A shares will take place over 12-month period, on a monthly basis, for which the Company will be making cash redemption payments to YA of US$265,000 per month.
This was all reported on the 7th June RNS 5597Q.
Corporate Finance Update 19th July 2018 RNS 1319V
As announced on 7 June 2018, in accordance with the agreement entered into with YA II PN, Ltd ("YA"), the Company redeemed 241 Series A convertible, preferred, redeemable shares in the Company held by YA ("Series A shares") for the cash amount of US$265,000 (the "Redemption"). Following the Redemption, YA holds the total of 2,650 Series A shares.
We have been made aware of the 12 month payment deal, We've also been made aware that the first payment has taken place.
Moving forward, Some on this board think we should expect no further news regarding the debt payments unless their is a conversion of shares rather than the payment being made ?
My question still remains, When was the first payment made to YA ?
It has to have been between 7th June and the 19th July. We could quite easily have already paid or approaching the third instalment this month !
We may not make the second payment until 19th August....
I don't understand the lack of transparency here. As I said earlier, The company should be delighted to be servicing this debt and I would also feel a sense of satisfaction if I knew where we were with the payments.
Can anyone contribute to when the first payment was made because I certainly can't find the information to put this one to bed.
Expecting silence isn't the answer...........
Did this Corporate Finance Update slip your attention contained in the 17th July 18 rns jabond ?
As announced on 7 June 2018, in accordance with the agreement entered into with YA II PN, Ltd ("YA"), the Company redeemed 241 Series A convertible, preferred, redeemable shares in the Company held by YA ("Series A shares") for the cash amount of US$265,000 (the "Redemption"). Following the Redemption, YA holds the total of 2,650 Series A shares.
This is confirmation that the first $265k payment has been made and YA now has 2650 Series A shares remaining from a 2891 allocation.
Thanks 5p, I didn't know that, I would have thought in a time of no news, It would be beneficial and positive to shout from the roof tops that the debt was being managed. Looks like we soldier on trusting that everything is hunky dory in the background.
When were we notified that YA had received another $265k and their remaining Series A shares had fallen from 2650 to 2409 ?
Strongman, Am I right in thinking you believe we are very close to news because you received an email from YJ stating '' Thanks – they are very busy but an update due at some stage '' ?
