Tip top, and others... there is lots of speculation about the peer review here. IMO, I really don't think the peer review is relevant to any Joint venture or TO by a Pharma, who will have plenty of their own experts.... I'm sure they would have just requested the raw data, for their own analysis... and wouldn't be that concerned by the results of a peer review.
But yes, I am surprised that it has taken this long too.
Mr Big.... I think you're right... it's all positive, but there have been delays, and it's taking longer than he thought.
For what it's worth, my prediction is that governments around the world will welcome Synairgen with open arms for more trials... why wouldn't they... it works.
A TO or JV is a given, IMO I would imagine a large pharma would expect to be given a discount... they still have the remaining risk left given there have been no Phase 3 trials.... but do correct me if you think I'm wrong.
LloydBoy.... I would've have thought a big pharma would be more interested in the raw data, than a peer review. But I guess a positive peer review wouldn't harm the share price in the interim period between now and when TO announced.
Great RNS, next (huge) one won't be far behind IMO
Feedmeyers... I quite like your posts, and some a pretty funny... but please tell everyone that this one was a joke, before they all block you! ....
"I also think we should do stuff like for instance in the Olympic games 100m sprint final we should just let them take all the drugs and steroids they want, whatever, if it makes them go quicker and makes for a more exciting race what's the problem?"
Dudio.... I don't think that Synairgen have the finances to start a Phase 3 trial on their own, so I'm not sure we need to worry about anything on your list.
INVHO....There will be a joint partnership or take over that will take this global before the end of the month...
GLA for tomorrow.....
Totdy.... you could ask the same about Acacia... why did they sell at 32p the friday before Manic Monday. Never wrong to make a profit... as they say!
Besides that lots of people de risk... doesn't mean they don't believe in the product.... it's just that nothing is 100% sure.... and everyone needs to protect capital. Lansdowne haven't sold out, just de risked.
Ragz... that's a unintelligent rant.
I think most of us here know that Synairgen will get approval, and that it will go global with partnership deals... we all all make money... we just don't know how much.
Unfortunately this will be over-shadowed by a disastrous winter ahead of us, when some of us will lose loved ones.
All IMHO.
Algy7, I agree... feels exactly like the first two weeks of July, when Acacia were selling into the rises, and it refused to go above 32-35p.... until the last friday afternoon before the big result on Monday, when it crept up to 36p.... a big jump in those days!
Morethanme.... great video, thanks for posting.
Interesting to hear his/Venrocks main reasons for investing in Apple "they were bright, and they were honest".... exactly what they saw in Synairgen no doubt.
Very exciting couple of weeks ahead!
Have a great weekend all.
