IntelliAM aiming for significant growth with £5 million Aquis IPO. Watch the video here.
CW25.... that would make sense. Would explain the complicated expansion into so many countries, getting huge data set... and then all set up to roll out in those countries when approval comes. Probably what the Pharma asked for. But RM keen to do stockpiling deals first, no point giving away 85% of the $ sales for that bit of easy business.
Of course it's not 30, Holgate's interview was prob 10 days ago, and even then he wouldn't have had up to date figures, he doesn't work at the Synairgen offices... plus there would've been people before that, it's probably more than half way through.
Even so, it's disappointing that it isn't filled by now, and it needs to be.
So what to do about it? We know Synairgen PR is crap.... so they need help.
Tim Spector, who runs the Zoe app, is the person to get hold of for this. He's ahead of the curve, with people self reporting via the app, and an avid fan of keeping people out of hospital. If it had been on the ap it would've been filled in a week.
He's on twitter, and worth hounding. I heard him speak once at a seminar.... he's cutting edge, and gets things down, very anti vitamin supplements actually... wonder if that's changed now.
pmjh..... continued thanks for all you do here, battling on despite some pretty dreadful posters on here of late.... enough to make you give up completely!
Assuming this interview was between 12th-19th November, when it was published, there will be a few more enrolled.
I printed out the home trial and pinned it up in my doctors waiting room a few days ago..... I have always found in life that's it's best to just get on and do it yourself......
Parsley.... I get where you are coming from. But don't under estimate the wealth of private individuals that RM has built up a relationship with over the 10+ years who believe and trust in him, as we all do. I think he would've prioritised them first, and rewarded them for their loyalty.
As he said in an interview once, that he often took calls from them on his mobile on the way home, in quieter times.
They are all seriously long term holders.... 10 years + some of them... and they will know this drop is an over reaction.... which it is of course.
Very much doubt any of them would've put their hand up for more than 3%, which maybe your answer. Not saying it is, but it is a possibility. I don't believe this money hasn't been paid in, just as ours has been.
Bella.... quite agree, my parents both 73 and love Zoom, especially to talk to their grandchildren.... they also play bridge online and Zoom with all their older friends, some of them in their 80's happily using technology. I told them to advertise the trial to their friends, just incase, but they don't fancy the 50% chance of placebo! Maybe if the odds were only 33% like the Phase 3 though, they'd be happier to chance their luck.
My argument for that, and a good one, is that even if they do get the placebo, they will be closely monitored by a nurse, and whisked into hospital should things go downhill. Much better than sitting at home, getting iller, and not having anyone to discuss it with.
Formygirls..... that's a great 'big picture' post.... I think a lot of us on here have been guilty of looking at this in a very micro way...... 100,000 treatments a month is tiny, weeny and will get swallowed up... yet will provide all shareholders with an excellent return.
Scaled up, this is unthinkably huge.
I am more concerned that everyone have access to it.... the money side is a given.
RM is very confident of government stockpiling, for that confidence to be real he will have spoken and had reassurances from them.... once Phase 3 trials show similar results to Phase 3 = done deal.
It is because of this done deal that he has REFUSED any offers from Big pharma that have been circling for a JV or T/O.. And rightly so, why would he give them 85% of the profits, on a plate, when he already has this almost in the bag. He's the one who's done all the 'heavy lifting' as he put it.... not them. AFTER these deals are done he will go into a JV with a big pharma.... and they can then put their own heavy lifting in, taking this into other uses.... which is also HUGE!
Why do you think the placing was so oversubscribed at £1.75?
Makes total sense to me.
Axe - I agree, RM has a responsibility to shareholders, and it is my understanding that RM wants to charge as much as possible. He said "similar to Remdesivir at $3000 a treatment", but inferred that if it proved (after Phase 3) far more effective, that they could charge more than that.
I agree with some here, it sounds a lot to a lay person, it did to me when I first heard that figure, but it just isn't compared to the alternatives, and compared to some of them, this is quite cheap.
Doc.... great relaxed post, and how I feel too. Have been guilty of being a little over addicted to this share/BB, probably as I have too much it in really, but going to switch off now.
Although RM didn't really tell us anything we didn't know last night... his enthusiasm and confidence was pretty cool to watch.
See you all in january for a bit of a party....
10yen... I really recommend you watch it, view the recorded version on sharesoc, hopefully the Q&A will be on there too. It's all very well reading peoples assumptions and interpretations of what RM said, but without hearing the inference and watching the body language, it's not the same thing.
RM did say that the next big piece of news will be the Home trials, which are now filling up at a rate of approx 45 people per month, so the last patient will prob dosed by mid December.
Phase 3 trials could be stopped early, but as RM is the 'data king' I felt he wanted to finish these trials, if possible. RM has been developing this drug for over a decade, he's not going to cut corners now.
In my view, the big money won't be until early next year, and maybe even Spring, I doubt later than that.
Winwin.... you're wrong.... also been here since March, Richard hasn't promised anything that hasn't materialised... quite the contrary. Everyone was criticising him back then for not getting more PR, then the very next day Panoroma... he's always one step ahead of us.
I keep going on about this.... but it's not sinking in.... Governments will stockpile
Stockpile, Stockpile, Stockpile.
Of course it's frustrating watching the SP drop.... but it was far worse going from 75p to 32... over 2 months... relentlessly dropping every day. The rise was so fast from 32p - £2.40. Just wait.
Our SW London Doctor says the surgery is struggling dealing with long covid patients, less so covid, but I think those cases are bypassing surgeries and being dealt with by hospitals.
A school friend also has a 28 year old daughter, who had no health issues but contracted mild covid in September, recovered, and now badly ill with long covid, organ damage, and it's looking like she may not make it. Long covid is becoming more and more of a problem.
I don't know if SNG can help them.... but the vaccine definitely can't.
Eva.... I am stunned that you don't think SNG will have income within the next 6 months.
As soon as Phase 3 proves the same outcomes to Phase 2, which, lets face it, we all know it will, governments all over the world will put orders in to stockpile this, not only for Covid 19 but future Coronavirus outbreaks... it's a no brainer.
Not only that, but, in my opinion, they will probably do this deal directly, without the need for a Big pharma taking 85% of the profit.
SNG is a generic anti viral..... I don't think I need to explain to you how HUGE that statement is, and what the consequences are... you are bright enough to work that out for yourself.
Eva... I think what you are saying is that SNG are to slow for you and your trading techniques. Fair enough... each to their own.
I personally think that SNG are doing things properly... they reek of credibility, and Richard Marsden is about the most honest and trustworthy CEO I have ever listened to.... which is why I and many others have invested in them for the long term.
Eva.... you bought shares in SNG at 190, but you say it is not a buy at 120? What has changed?
It's a bit confusing, unless it is that you do not have any shares yet?!
I'm not trying to judge or criticise.... everyone has an agenda, it's just human nature... but it's best to be honest about it.
