Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
Well, it is a great way to pick up a company for almost nothing…..how wrong you/we might feel it is. And these guys know they can keep doing it as the FCA never does anything.
“ the Company will implement a matched bargain facility which would facilitate Shareholders buying and selling Ordinary Shares on a matched bargain basis following Cancellation. In anticipation of providing a matched bargain facility, the Company has sought quotes from third party providers. Further details of the Matched Bargain Facility will be communicated to Shareholders separately in due course and made available on the Company's website.”
So potentially a way to sell once of the market, but from past experience these don’t always work that well….
I do find the following interesting:
“The Board understands that, as at the date of this announcement, MoveFresh Limited, a company that Kevin Dorren is a director of and majority shareholder in, and exercises significant control over, intends to purchase Ordinary Shares in the market until such point that it holds, together with persons acting in concert with it, such number of Ordinary Shares comprising no more than 29.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.”
I wonder how many shares are available outside of the shares already in sticky hands….could get interesting here for a bit. Still a month to voting. Think it will drop first thing but as they buy we should see some gains again.
Well, that was a bit entertaining for a while, but it seems things have now returned back to normal....
Would be interesting to see if this buyer continues or as mentioned it was just to create a bit of FOMO....and profit for him.
I guess the business idea is there with some decent sales and recurring business, and the product quality overall looks good. If one can buy a good % this low, launch a take over and get the heave expenses down (fire the bod) you never know…..it might be a good profitable business….
No, had a quick look. But as mentioned it’s doesn’t take a lot currently to go over the 3% threshold, so could be just a private investor….
Somebody’s been buying….although with the current market cap to get over 3% doesn’t take a lot….but still.
Latino, relax buddy. I'm on your side here....
All I'm trying to do is state facts. And from the half year results there was no talk around raising funds etc. as you said they have already secured funds in March....
I see from their website they have very good feedback on Trustpilot so must be doing something right. What's the old saying, get the quality right and the quantity will follow? Anyway, short term play for me, but think these guys could turn this around long term....
Ok found the half year results and the turnover is down quite a bit.....but losses as well. It's weird as at no time during the half year result do they give any indication that they are massively worried about cash other than stating that they are trying to look after it.
They are
So, ignoring the delisting saga for just a moment. Do we know how they are actually getting on business wise this financial year? I see they turned over £25.46m last year but made a heavy loss on that.....
I haven't seen any half year results (might have missed them) but if the expenses can be cut there might be some value to this company....valued at only £1m at present.
Hi Neil
So, am I correct in assuming that you still hold shares due to this statement?
''Hargreaves Lansdown have said if they delist you hold the shares still on their account but they can't be traded with them and if you want you can donate them to charity!!! SHOWS WHAT VALUE THEY WLLL HAVE''
For clarity, I've bought a few short term as I think we could see 3p again before too long....
Monet, unfortunately people don't like holding onto shares they will struggle to sell, that is why the share price dropped 50% plus when they announced the delisting news.
As mentioned on here before the cash value alone at present is probably sitting at around 4-5p. However, the possible delisting has had a further detrimental effect on the price. So short term there could be some upside on this...and if news does come through that it might not delist it will fly back up quickly....not sure how much further it might fall if the delisting goes ahead, as it already fell quite a bit on the possibility of it.
If a share delists you don't actually lose your shares. You only lose your shares when a company goes under. It does however make it a lot more difficult to sell your shares if it's not listed on an exchange.
A few years back Lightwave RF delisted and I actually to this day still own shares in them. They are still trading and I'm getting my updates via the website now. They are talking about giving people a chance to sell through a different vehicle, what that is we do not know yet....
Thank you.
What time is the court hearing today?
Hi Wally, where did you get that info from? Was it public knowledge before??? If not it should be good news
It is trying.....
Straight into auction this morning….
Break the 4p barrier and it will move up quickly
