Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
Yes it's not an either or situation. Both GGP and WSBN have compelling reasons to invest. Different companies at different stages, the obvious similarity being the proximity of Havieron and Red Setter.
Saint-Tropez and Positive Vibes post well informed researched summaries of the prospects here and are not simple rampers of the 'boom going to the moon' variety.
However , despite the fact it happens all the time, it's bad form to promote a share on another share's bb. Let's keep it clean guys.
Totally agree. Yesterday's RNS was the best one ever in an AIM share i have invested in. Everything we were waiting for and more. Just a little disappointed in the reaction so far. Was expecting a much bigger sp increase but it will come as the prospects are quite dazzling here now. Should announce commencement of drilling soon, no doubt rigs being supplied by Newcrest.
Plenty of posts below yours outlining why this is such an exciting share to be in just now. Just read through the BB to get a good idea of what is going on, i don't wish to repeat what others have explained so well.
Not sure there are any short term risks except obviously it's AIM. Maybe the drilling permit will get delayed or denied but doubtful on both counts. Australia is currently actively encouraging exploration and mining for precious metals.
Yes there are plenty of enticing lithium plays at the moment. I made good money from Kod recently. However the majority of the lithium exploration/mines reside in countries i wouldn't send my mother in law to.
Scaremonger! Have you sold when you were finally in profit and now hoping for a lower reentry price?
The deaths have risen like in most countries, but only a little, they certainly aren't soaring.
Mongolia are also pursuing an active vaccination policy - ' The Asian country launched a nationwide Covid vaccination campaign in the late February, aiming to cover at least 60 per cent of its population of 3.3 million. More than 1,802,200 Mongolians have so far received their first dose, and over 666,200 have been fully vaccinated.'
Guess that didn't suit your narrative.
Love this line from the RNS today - 'As well as hope, we sell romance, mystery and potential.' Hilarious and sums them up perfectly.
So Clon have been operating in Bolivia for the last decade but the first RNS mentioning Bolivia was in Sep 2018 a few hours before a 500k raise lol.
Nothing in the RNS about the project in Equatorial Guinea (last RNS June 2017). Maybe simply shelved like the Peruvian project (last RNS Sep 2017 - 'Block 183 has not been the principal focus of the Company's activities in recent years. ').
Good luck if you are invested here, you will need it!
But there weren't that many sells. Look at the trades and they dropped the bid from 7.9 to 7.6 on virtually no sells at all of any note, just piddly little ones. Pure manipulation. Will be topping up in the morning at this level if i can.
I am not doubting that Bolivia has mega amounts of Lithium to extract but why would they give out a license to Clon, a company with no mining expertise or background when they could give out licenses to companies with large mcaps and resources who specialise in mining?
No problem Yanis, i have been called worse things before.
The Ghana ratification process i was waiting for over 3 years ago.
The RNS's regarding the lithium in Bolivia are totally lacking in any detail. No boots on the ground, just discussions via Zoom probably.
JV on what? Any particular area Clon have a license for?
Why would you JV with Clon? If a large player was interested in Bolivia's lithium then why wouldn't they deal with Bolivia directly? What progress have Clon made so far to make them a worthwhile partner?
