Tribe Technology set to deliver healthy pipeline of orders from Tier-One miners. Watch the video here.
I don't believe this is anything to do with China and the borders being closed because of their lockdown, this is down to the local gov and the herders up in arms about us foreigners taken over their land rights which needs sorting out in their parliament. Some of us have a lot more patients than given credit for, some have backed this company since the beginning and I strongly believe some will be here a lot longer than some saying to be patient, it doesn't seem right that after so many years of patience to be told sell and move on, I would imagine that there are plenty underwater here and ain't selling up at a loss just because we want PM to show a bit better governance to their private shareholders, it's our money and have a right to know what and were it goes. GLA
Maybe because it's the only thing that is active while we wait and wait and wait, but as I've previously mentioned I don't think we will see any oil now untill next year, hopefully. It took long enough to get the EL so it's been established process's are not very quick in Mongolia but I still say PM should never have taken the governor to court bwtfdik, GLA
The oil refinery consists of four sets of projects: EPC-1, 2, 3, 4. WPS5-P2. The progress of ultrasonic testing of pipelines (June 9, 2022)

An expedited tender for the selection of the general contractor for EPC-3 of the plant's power plant was also announced (05.04.2022) and is currently being accepted.
EPC-4 licensees for the construction of licensed technological facilities were selected. Agreements were signed with Kinetics Technologies, Italy, the licensee of the hydrogen facility, Axens, France, the licensee of the sulfur separation facility, and YUP Honeywell, the licensee of the Liquefied Combustible Gas Separation Facilities. has been established.
The longer this drags on then I believe for the foreseeable then a reduction in wages should be the order of the day until LP in hand, by the time LP is granted if at all PC will have taken most of the oil out, and if it is right then the gov need to get it sorted, doesn't sound like any work of any kind getting done this year and should it not be made public as we were told we should've been producing by now. Maybe tomorrow but then you never can tell, disappointing either way. GLA
If the local authorities are like our councillor's they should have greased there palms 3 years ago and not taken the governor to court that's why no cooperation from them. But we wait :+((
It's a 2 week workover and hopefully equipment needed is on route, drilling of anymore wells may not be until spring next year now but we wait. GLA
The social responsibility contract 2021 2022 has been fulfilled with the Petro China in Matad soum Khalkhol, so maybe we won't have too long to wait for us to get a decision on LP, still roughly 8 weeks till this year's drilling season ends. GLA
Mongolia is 7 hrs ahead of us, could news drop on us tomorrow if it is about the land permits being granted, It will be 2pm their and 7am here. I wonder if the locals are just holding out for a bigger portion of the profits and have come to an agreement, obviously it all depends if what has been posted by activist bears any credence of course. GLA
Gear on site 6p LP granting 20p Heron producing 40p, Velociraptor drilled and producing + more wells on the Heron site £1, + let's not forget PM made two discoveries but most of all we need LP this year, not sure how many days will convene in parliament before year end but hope we are near the top of the agenda GLA
Incidentally, the parliament shall convene on not less than 75 weekdays during a regular session in accordance with an amendment to the Constitution of Mongolia in November 2019. Now, the parliament’s autumn session begins on October 1 and the spring session on March 15.
From the recent RNS, Amendments to the Land Law are due to be debated in the next session of the Mongolian parliament and although this represents the best opportunity for an all-encompassing long-term solution. Autumn sessions in parliament start at the beginning of October wonder were we are on the list if PM are pushing really hard. GLA
This from curiouserandcuriouser post earlier, In addition, within the framework of the "Mongolian Mining Week 2022" event, a "Responsible Mining and Local Area" conference was held to discuss the problems faced by domestic and foreign investors and seek solutions. Petro Matad must have had representatives at these meetings, if not then perhaps that's why it's taking so long, concerns them very much in my opinion and just show's a complete disregard to there way of doing business!?? GLA
There are more buys than sells so carn't be that bad, we got our update just what most of us were asking for so carn't winge on that front just not the news we wanted, oh well just a paper loss at the moment, so next year for any further developments unless we get a surprise RNS. Looks like it's turned out to be another wasted year, we'll be closer to getting Velociraptor drilled and hopefully producing oil. Going to be a long winter. :-((
I'm sure if I had a vested interest in something and was in a position to "pop in and out" during the day of something of significance I'd try elaborate a bit more. This seems way to important for PM, MB, to NOT be there. I'd be breaking my neck. Maybe just maybe we'll get an update once the mining event has finished, one can only hope. GLA
Surely something of this seriousness it would be in MB's and MATD's interest to be present, they are at the forefront of Mongolia's up and coming oil production at some point, as curious mentioned in a previous post maybe they are close to granting of permits and carn't inform the market because of negotiations and deals been done, I hope Heron gets the nod to start. Two week work within the next two and a half MTHS, still time if everything is in place at the Heron site because no one knows for sure yet? GLA

Amartuvshin explained what the "investment environment assessment" is like in real life based on his research. He said, "Foreign direct investment has decreased since 2011, when our country, which is directly dependent on the mining industry, stopped issuing new exploration licenses in 2010. In other words, the doors and windows that should allow foreign investment to come in have been closed and locked. Why did foreign investment disappear? "We have been asking each other this question for ten years and we have reached this day" and introduced his speech. 73% or 23.6 billion US dollars of the foreign direct investment that came to our country during the last ten years was made in the field of mining. He said, 0.73 percent or directly related to the growth of our economy and foreign direct investment. However, the government, the local community, and the people were all strict with the mining industry. Following this sector, other sectors such as construction, trade, and transportation will develop. If there is no mining, Mongolia's economy will not exist, said O. Amartuvshin pointed out. However, the Chairman of the Board of the Mongolian Business Council, Ts. Tumentsog, today presented that not only mining, but all businesses are related to climate change.

GLA
I'm still very dubious any workover is going to be performed this year but there are still a couple of months to change that but yes very frustrating tho. GLA
It surely wouldn't hurt the company I'm sure to at least inform investors were our money is being spent instead of production quotes and government ministries are on our side where's the equipment? How far up the ladder on LP granting as for bailing out that will happen once Velociraptor gets drilled and not a day sooner as I've said many times I just feel a bit more transparency and governance from them wouldn't go a miss.
