Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
He said the new directors could earn a lot more elsewhere. They weren’t attracted by the salary.
And you know the salaries too Paul. Do you work in payroll?
And why would he need finance Paul? You seem to be full of……knowledge about the company’s finances?
Pretty clear to me that the weaker PIs have been stoppng out at 7p and the Instos have been saying, 'thanks very much'.
Magnum, they have a shortlist of potential suspects. About 50m people i think at last count! Obviously Speedy couldnt possibly be one of them:-)...
Gg, what is a ‘self producing mine’. Not heard that term before. Probably never will again.
There are people that know and there are people that haven’t a clue. Pretty easy to work out who is who on here.
IOT, if that was the case, why did they support GGP back in Aug/Sep?
Maybe he likes GGP for all the Nickel that Sherry alluded to?
Zoros, as we dont know whether we are a buyer or a seller of the 70/30%, not sure we know whether we want the asset to increase or not in the short term.
Obviously its way over 30m ozs. IMO.
Ben, I hear the Greater Telfer (GT) staff number is about 2450. But this might be gross staff, not those who are on site at any one time.
I think Telfer the mine was profitable in the last report, though whether that takes in depreciation, restitution etc I dont know. Of course if the gold price were substantially higher then Telfer might have another year or so left in her.
I spoke with HL today. They told me a letter will be going out tomorrow detailing what you can and cant do. He expects it to include a way to trade MTR going forward through HSBC. 'More expensive' also.
Maybe thats what Q meant by production? Then he can turn 5 loaves and 2 fishes into a working mine by 2026?
Good morning socialist. I really don’t care about the sp or consolidation. It’s the mkt cap that interests me. That Shaun has good reasons to want the shares in issue, lower, is interesting and relevant to me. Some institutions prefer to have a sp between say 50p and £5, some PIs like to own millions of shares. Cos it makes them feel good. Sadly some PIs have an in built hatred of companies that do consolidations. This is because they have owned some dog stocks that are on they way to bankruptcy. If you think that of Ggp, then you shouldn’t own any. If you don’t think that, then you shouldn’t really care from an economic perspective. But investing is often emotional for PIs. Something that I don’t really understand.
So if I had a vote I would do a consolidation that gets the fully diluted number down to 500m, whatever that translates to.
Top work Donald. Gets better each time.
Probably unlikely GGPT, but possible, and certainly not the daftest thing I have read today.
And to blow my own trumpet I seem to have been spot on so far....;-)
GGPT, I wasnt suggesting trucking Winu low grade to Telfer. I was suggesting trucking Telfer up to Winu!!
Bamps, Dip has a very good cake analogy is you are still struggling with accretion vs dilution.
Not sure I understand the paste issue. If the plant is at Telfer, ore one way, paste the other. If the plant is nearer, same thing but shorter distance.
Apparently rail wont work - dont know why.
Anyway it wont matter cos half of Telfer is going up to process the copper from our new Winu mine!! :-))
TT. Under promise and over deliver...
Loggy and others. Results are 6 or 7 weeks. This time 7 weeks, so next week. Nothing unsurprising at all.
