Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
Peel hunt probably want them because they know the financing is agreed?
That's at $18k a tonne for 2.25%
Wasa I'm calculating $210m for the royalty for Orion, is that correct?
The royalty is worth more than the current mcap to Orion.
I was actually thinking of putting 5k in here tomorrow, Gkp I've been watching since 80p. Invested elsewhere in my main holding. Too many potential bargains out there.
My thinking is if Enq doubles the mcap will be more than Gkp. Gkp has no debt and a repayment of $73m and $143m in cash.
Enq's 13p looks tempting but is it worth more than Gkp?
If you only picked one which would you go for? Enq? Or Gkp?
You also have to think once stage 1 is in production the share price can still double once stage 2 starts running.
Yes if the nickel price stays at 18k they should start stage 2 after 12 months of production.
I don't think they will rush into stage 2, as it's currently still being funded from stage 1 cash flow.
Any reason for the drop? Is it covid or gas prices going up?
Jm does want to create value for shareholders and that's also why I think we will see very little dilution. Also they are agreeing long term off take which makes me think we have to go into production.
I think if hzm sort all the financing most shareholders will want to see it go into production. Why do all the hard work to then lose out on billions of profit. An offer needs to come before financing is agreed in my view.
I'd be happy with a 50k dividend a year.
Wasa surely you must be thinking about a $1m+ dividend for 20+ years?
Will hzm be making about $110m a year profit based on $16500t nickel price from stage 1?
Do you think they could give Vermelho away for a 50% free carry?
I can't see them selling Vermelho but I'd expect a divi from it. Peel hunt saying earnings could be $90m in 2025.could we see a 5p divi from that?
But what the dividend potential here? And how soon Wasa?
Hi Accountant
What's your prediction for stage 1 and then 2? I'm from a mechanical background and I don't think people realise how important stainless steel is. I also think people don't realise that Brazil is good place to be mining. So far I can't see any downside to HZM. I'm expecting 70-£1 once the dividend policy is in place.
Hi The Accountant,
I'm assuming that's your profession? What's your prediction for the shareprice once funding agreed?
Ivor.
