Bradda Head Lithium exceeds targets, secures US$3 million royalty and moves closer to production. Watch the video here.
Hopefully the pumpers today aren’t about to be spiked.
Seriously? Anyone who’s been in this more than 5 minutes will know he had a declared TR1 holding before.
The SP is bouncing up and down in this region while the 650m placing shares get flipped. I suspect it’ll take a little longer to get through them all and therefore before another placing is called.
I’m still waiting on confirmation of when these shares actually were issued. They don’t seem to exist?…

Expecting any TR1s this week after this latest 652m placing? If nothing else, a couple of the existing names may drop off the company’s shareholder list unless they bought more in the placing.
$ from a JV to pay off the bonds would do wonders for the SP.
Looking at the individual well data it looks like a couple more may have come online in September.
Hopefully build month on month from there.
1 day less in September so pretty stable month on month.
‘Following receipt of the Placing proceeds, the Company expects to have cash of approximately £1,556,948 and near-term liabilities of £933,020. The Board is confident it will have sufficient operating cashflow and/or resources and will have access to further funding in the future as required to meet its ongoing liabilities.’
Just £0.6M net for the next 6 months until BP is profitable (that is BP not Vast plc)? Does that sound enough? If not, what then? They’ve drawn the whole headroom that was only approved a week ago. Seems like they wanted to take advantage of this price rather than anything lower.
Who participated in the placing? Some TR1’s coming? Is this going to get taken out very cheaply?
No Director buys even at this price and when things are supposedly going well.
Says it all really.
LSE suggests 35m sold today. And it’s 17% down.
851m headroom approved on Monday. At 0.2 would achieve just £1.7m?
I wonder if AP’s new partner in the Tajikistan deal will help if needed.
